Shipping Info:
-An email notification of shipment and confirmation of payment received will be sent 24-48 business hour after payment is received.
-With the exceptions of holidays and weekends we ship once daily Monday to Friday (9am-5pm).
-All goods are shipped via Canada Post, airmail letter post or regular surface mail for packages.
-Estimated delivery within Canada: 7 business days. Canada to US: 7-10 business days for letter/3 weeks for surface package. Overseas: 10 business days for letter/3 weeks for surface package.
-Express post or Airmail for faster delivery can be arranged for an additional postal fee.
Returns, Refunds, Lost or Damaged:
-CDs & collage sheets are non-refundable and returns are not accepted. However, if a cd is faulty we will gladly replace it up to 7 days after receipt.
-If a CD is lost or damaged during shipment a replacement will be sent.
-Customs & postal delays: While postal delays are rare, they do occur. More likely a package may be held at customs for inspection. A parcel will be assumed lost enroute if undelivered after 20 days after original post date & replaced.
